Generous storage helps at tidy-up time, and also allows you to split your block set between several areas in your setting. Providing enough blocks, space, and time is critical to the quality of children’s block play. The school set contains the largest number of the most useful and popular shapes and is big enough to keep 18–20 children busy. The blocks are precisely crafted for years of creative building.

There are three shelves for storage:

1) F647 á 102 cm hæð – this is the recommended storage for 1/2 set of unit blocks. This shelf allows teachers to sort the blocks by its shape. Teachers can have photos of the blocks printed and put on the shelf to help children tidy up after play.

2) F645 á 81 cm hæð – this is the common storage for 1/2 set of unit blocks. This shelf will fit half set, but the blocks will be packed and not sorted.

3) F643 á 41 cm hæð  – this shelf can pack 1/3 set of unit blocks or sort 1/4 set of unit blocks.

To ensure that all items exceed their 15-year warranty we use only the very highest quality materials, assuring the longevity of your learning environment, adding value for money and reducing long term operating costs. Community Playthings exclusively use real, solid wood – no imitation wood such as MDF. Outdoors we use Accoya®, a pickled, rot-proof wood that is, among other things, used as canal-siding and decking. The fabrics are also among the best available, designed to withstand daily use in early years settings. Sileather™, used on all our soft seating, can be cleaned with any type of disinfectant, and not even a ballpoint pen will permanently stain.
